SWEDEN VISA

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Passport: Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure from Sweden and must have at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
- Photographs: Two recent passport-sized color photographs that meet the Schengen visa photo specifications.
- Travel Itinerary: A detailed travel itinerary, including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, and plans for your stay in Sweden.
- Travel Insurance: Proof of travel medical insurance that covers medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation with a minimum coverage of €30,000 for the duration of your stay in the Schengen Area.
- Proof of Financial Means: Evidence that you can financially support yourself during your stay in Sweden. This could be recent bank statements, pay slips, or an invitation letter from your host in Sweden.
- Visa Fee: The visa fee is typically €80 for adults. There are reduced fees for children, students, and certain other categories.
- Additional Documents: Depending on the purpose of your visit, additional documents may be required. For example, if you are visiting family or friends, you may need an invitation letter from your host. For business visits, you may need a letter from your employer or the event organizers.
- NOTE:
- Multiple-Entry Visa: If you plan to visit Sweden and other Schengen countries multiple times, consider applying for a multiple-entry visa. This allows you to enter and exit the Schengen Area as needed during the visa’s validity period.
